This baked brie with honey recipe is an excellent option for a shared entree or party food! Super easy to prepare and it literally melts in your mouth!
Ingredient Notes:
- Brie: choose round brie preferably. I recommend using 350g to serve 6 to 8 people.
- Pistachios: that we cut roughly.
- Pomegranate: swap for dry cranberries if you prefer!
- Honey: good quality honey.
Baked Brie – Cooking time 101
We want to make sure the brie keeps its shape and is melted inside. The cooking time will vary based on your oven and the size of the cheese.
- 350g: 15-20 minutes
- 250g: 15 minutes
- 500g: 25 minutes
Let the baked brie rest for 5 minutes before serving. It will stay gooey for about 10-15 minutes.
Oups, the baked brie is not gooey inside… what to do? Simply put it back in the oven for a few minutes.
How to Serve Honey Baked Brie?
We top it with a crunchy topping here (pistachios & pomegranate), that’s why I recommend to serve it with sliced baguette bread.
Can I Keep Baked Brie with Honey in the Fridge?
Yes! It may change the texture a bit. It will last in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Can I Reheat Baked Brie Afterwards?
Simply microwave for a few minutes. Add more honey before serving.
