It’s a hot beverage with:
- warm milk and turmeric;
- cinnamon and ginger powder—that gives it a yellow colour;
- coconut oil;
- a dash of honey to balance the flavours; and
- a crack of pepper.
What’s Golden Milk Latte Good For?
Since it’s made with turmeric, this spice has a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, making it really good for digestion.
How to Make Immune-Boosting Turmeric Golden Milk Latte?
It’s easy to do! The recipe that I recommend here is made with a blender. You just have to warm up some milk and blend everything. You can also pour all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

Ingredients
Milk : 1 cup of milk of choice (I recommend almond, oat or coconut milk)
Honey : 1 tsp of honey
Coconut oil : 1 tsp of coconut oil
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp turmeric
Cinnamon : ¼ tsp of cinnamon
Ginger powder : ¼ tsp of ginger
Crack of pepper
Instructions
- Warm up the milk in a saucepan, milk frother or microwave.
- To a blender, add the warmed milk and all the other ingredients.
- Blend for approx. 30 seconds.
