- Mix the granola evenly in a bowl before putting it on a pan.
- Make sure to use a parchment paper, so that it won’t stick to the pan.
- Toss a few times during the cooking process, so that it’s fully cooked.

Ingredients
3 cups of rolled oats
1 ½ cups of nuts and seeds of choice (almonds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, etc)
3 tbsp of flax seeds
1 ½ tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of ground ginger
Zest of 1 orange
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
½ cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of coconut oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a big bowl, mix oats, nuts, flax seeds, cinnamon, ginger, salt and orange zest.
- In another bowl, mix vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut oil. Microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Pour it over the oats mixture. Mix well.
- On a baking pan covered with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly.
- Cook for 35 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes or so.
- Cool down completely and enjoy.
