Homemade Cardamom Frappuccino (Easy & Healthy)

This homemade cardamom Frappuccino recipe is a healthier version of the Frappuccino you normally get at Starbucks or Mcdo. Easy to make and perfect to cool you down with those hot summer days!

Easy Homemade Frappuccino

This homemade frappuccino is:

  • Healthier & cheaper than the one you buy at Starbucks!
  • Made with real coffee!
  • You can customize it to your preference by adding spices, chocolate or even caramel syrup!

What’s a Frappuccino?

Have you ever ordered one from a fast food chain like Starbucks and Mcdo? The original recipe is really sweet and made with coffee (sometimes ;)), cream, syrup and other ingredients that you’re not able to pronounce.

Here is my version of a frappuccino that is better for you, that’s for sure!

How to Make Frappuccino at Home?

  1. Use cold black coffee or cold brew. If making an americano at home, make sure it’s cooled down completely. We will need 1 cup of coffee for 1 portion of frappuccino. We can easily double the quantities if you want to serve more people.
  2. Use an ice mold and pour coffee to create coffee ice cubes. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Add all the ingredients and the coffee ice cubes to a blender. Blend for about 1 minute. Serve in a glass and enjoy!

What Type of Coffee Should I Use?

Please use black coffee, either americano, cold brew or even instant coffee. Make sure the coffee cooled down before freezing.

Milk of choice

I simply love to use oat milk or almond milk for this recipe. You can pick any kind of milk, either plant-based or cow milk.
