Ingredients
454g of Brussels sprouts
Drizzle of olive oil
2 tbsp of butter (unsalted or salted)
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of sriracha sauce (or more if you like them spicy!)
Instructions
- Place a big cooking pan in the middle rack of your oven. Preheat your oven at 425F with the pan inside.
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts. Trim Brussels sprouts and halve any that are larger than an inch wide. Add them to a big bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Season and mix well. Transfer to the preheated pan making sure you leave enough space between them. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the honey sriracha butter. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey and sriracha and mix well. Let it simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Drizzle the honey butter sriracha on top of the roasted brussels sprout and mix well. Season if needed. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
