Whipped Brie with Honey

Ingredients
1 baguette
2 tbsp olive oil
400g Brie de Meaux
2-3 tbsp honey
Crushed red pepper flakes
Flaky sea salt
Edible flowers to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the rack in the middle position. Slice the baguette and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil. Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove the rind from the brie with a knife, then cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the brie pieces in a food processor. Blend for about 4 minutes, until creamy. Add 1 tbsp of honey and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Spread the whipped brie on the bottom of a plate. Drizzle with 1-2 tbsp of honey, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes, flaky sea salt and garnish with edible flowers.
- Serve with the toasted bread.
