1 cup of walnuts
¾ cup of rolled oats
10-12 fresh medjool dates
½ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of chia seeds (optional)
½ tsp of ground cinnamon
¼ tsp of ground ginger (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend for 45 seconds-1 minute, until everything is chopped and mixed. We’re looking for a soft & chewy texture.
