As the name suggests, it’s simply raw granola. There won’t be any cooking for this recipe and it’s the best option if you’re looking for a quick and easy granola recipe.

  • Maple syrup: or you can use honey as well.
  • Chia seeds: optional, but they’re so good for you my friend!
  • Vanilla extract: choose pure vanilla extract.
  • Spices: a mix of cinnamon and/or ginger.

  1. Use a food processor. Simply add all the ingredients and blend for a 1 minute, until everything is chopped and mixed.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of walnuts

  • ¾ cup of rolled oats

  • 10-12 fresh medjool dates

  • ½ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds (optional)

  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp of ground ginger (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend for 45 seconds-1 minute, until everything is chopped and mixed. We’re looking for a soft & chewy texture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze it.
  • Enjoy with your favorite yogurt with fresh fruits or as a topping for your smoothie bowl.
