A quick and tasty little dish—just the way we like it! With only a few ingredients, these shrimp go perfectly with a salad, crusty bread, or pasta. Pick whatever you’re in the mood for!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454g) shrimp, peeled but tails on

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup butter (salted or unsalted)

  • 7 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes without moving them, making sure there’s space between each one.
  • After 2 minutes, flip the shrimp. Add ¼ cup of butter, 7 minced garlic cloves, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Add the juice of 1 lemon and remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in 2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley. Season to taste and serve immediately.
