Caesar Tahini Dressing

This dressing is just so creamy guys! The secret ingredient? Tahini! We also add some Greek yogurt (for good proteins, yes!), balsamic vinegar and a bit of Parmesan cheese for saltiness!

I recommend adding anchovies for an extra depth of flavour, which will taste anything but fishy.

How do You Use Caesar Tahini Dressing?

In salads of course! Like in my Caesar Salad recipe here. But there are many other ways to use it. Take a look at these:

  • To liven up roasted veggies like broccoli.
  • As a spread in a wrap: with chicken and veggies or some tofu.
  • As a dip in crudité. I love making a big platter of veggies and this sauce will impress your guests, for sure.
  • To dress pasta salad. Swap the traditional mayo for this sauce.
  • Grilled shrimps on the BBQ to dip.
  • In your favourite Buddha bowl.

How Long Does a Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing Last?

Store it in a Mason jar or airtight jar in the refrigerator, and it will last for up to 7 days (one week).

What to Do If You Don’t Like Anchovies?

I promise you won’t taste them! You can omit them from the recipe, but they will slightly improve the taste. Make sure to season well.
