hoursHere’s an easy summer dessert to make: No-Bake kiwi tart! Made with nuts as the crust and a mascarpone filling, it’s an healthier dessert everyone will like.
Ingredients
- For the crust
1 cup of natural almonds
1 cup of raw cashew nuts (unsalted)
1 cup of Medjool dates, core removed
1 tsp of vanilla extract
- For the filling
275g of mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
- For the topping
6-7 kiwis (or any other fruit)
3 tbsp of honey
Shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor. Blend for about 1 minute, until you get a sticky texture.
- Use a 9 inches non-stick removable tart pan. Press the mixture firmly into the pan to create a crust. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a small bowl. Pour the filling on the crust and spread evenly.
- Place the tart in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Peal kiwis skin, cut in half and then slice.
- Dispose kiwi slices on the tart. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Enjoy and keep in the fridge.
