Shrimp Fajitas with Lime Crema

This Shrimp Fajitas Recipe is:

  • Ready in less than 25 minutes (easy dinner!).
  • Perfect dinner to share! Put all the ingredients on the table and let people build their own fajitas.
  • A dinner you make at home but it really feels like you’re at a restaurant.

Spice Mix

We’re making our own spice mix for the fajitas instead of buying the one from the grocery store. To do so, you’ll need chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano.

What’s the Best Size Shrimp for Fajitas?

You’ll need 454g of raw shrimp for this recipe. I like to use 21-25 sizes. To defrost them, simply rinse with cold water for about 5 minutes.

Does the Colors of Peppers Matter?

We will be using 3 peppers for this recipe. I like to mix the different colors and I will say that the red one is my favorite for its sweet taste. But, feel free to choose any color.
