Say Hello to fall season with this spiced pumpkin pie smoothie! A smoothie that tastes just like pumpkin pie, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumkin puree

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice blend

  • 1/4 of oats

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend for 5 minutes, until you get a creamy texture.
